MetLife Coverage Availability & Fees
Although each MetLife Dental Insurance plan can vary by patient, most plans follow the same basic format:
- 100% coverage on preventive care including dental check-ups and cleanings.
- 70% to 80% coverage on restorative treatments including tooth-colored fillings.
- 50% coverage on major restorative treatments such as dental crowns, dentures, and dental bridges.
